So according to my training plan Sunday is supposed to be a “cross train” day. Which usually means I spend the day doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes I’ll do mimosa curls or lay on the floor with intentions of doing crunches before getting sucked into Diners Drive-ins and Dives.
Not this Sunday.. I was on a mission to be productive, especially because it was so nice outside (60’s & sunny). Dixie went to one of our favorite trails at Tanglewood Park.
We did 3 easy miles @ 8:50 pace. Dixie tried to make friends with some horses and was VERY distracted, but that’s just what happens when you run with a hound dog. They can’t help it.. they love to explore.
