- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 jar salsa
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional)
Add all ingredients to crock-pot. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours, until you can easily shred with a fork. I’m away from the house for 9 hours a day, so mine cooks a little longer and it always turns out great. Perfect for tacos, enchiladas, or served with rice!
